Greetings! Thanks for deciding to check out my meditation zone. As someone who has dealt with trauma in my past, I have gone through the healing process and continue to educate myself in the area of spiritual healing so that I may be used to heal others. I want you to come into this zone and fully unwind from your daily or lifelong stress, and just enjoy being.
What follows is a perpetual list of meditation videos that are truly relaxing! I put this together while thinking about my family because without the love of your major supporters, your energy would never be able to flow freely. I love you mommy, daddy, my sisters and brother!

This video is my absolute favorite! You can literally just indulge in the vibrations for hours. And don't just stop there! Put the video on "loop" for a continuous cleanse of pure vibes. Just as a small reminder, some of the videos contain binaural beats which are not safe to listen to while operating any heavy machinery, so please do be mindful of that.
