About my Logo:
My logo is as unique as I am... because, well I made it - LOL! I drew my very own logo after an image was presented to me during meditation along with deep symbolic messages embedded.
What it all means:
**The silhouette of my side profile represents the deeper aspects of me that not many are able to peer into and, thus, remains a mystery.
**I love hoop earrings, however that is no earring. That is actually a crescent moon with three markings representing the mind, body, and spirit where within my dreams I can align and re-balance.
**The head wrap and hair represent my love for my culture as an Afro-Indigenous woman and the ability to heal, create, and destroy (when necessary) with just my thought alone.
**The "smoke" coming from my mouth represents my research of marijuana and its medicinal properties. The three levels within the smoke shape each represent the variety of ways I speak my Truth (which is a secret!).
As for the name, well, I must leave some things to the imagination right?

Well Hello There!
I am Miss Kitty, Creator of all Miss Kitty and the Leaves content. I am a mother, oracle, writer, PTSD survivor and a medical marijuana patient. Usually, I try not to assign so many labels to myself. However in the world of man, this helps people to understand my skills and specialties.
Besides my interests, hobbies, and talents listed below, I spend the majority of my time outside of my blog playing video games, nurturing my family and friends, and enjoying life's experiences no matter how extravagant or mundane.
I absolutely love the green...
Everything about the Earth itself intrigues me. As the center of all (heart is the earth) I deeply believe in the healing energies that engulfs us daily and personally find peace and complete relaxation whenever I am connecting with nature and the beautiful greenery it proudly displays. I personally I recharge by connecting to the energies of the Earth by using pure observation. As an Empath, recharging my energies for a new day or situation is just as important as sleeping. While sitting in solitude surrounded by trees, I am able to connect fully and meditate with more awareness. Mother Earth is truly beautiful... and just like a cat in the trees, this is where I love to hang.

I love writing, but I really love books. It doesn't matter from where or the genre as long as it's in English since that is currently the only language I know fluently.
Books always reigned supreme in comparison to other material products marketed as fun as a a kid, teenager, and now well into my adult life.
I enjoy reading and submersing myself into a new time period or even a new world. It provides a temporary vacation when I need me time to realign myself.
Reading for understanding and not for proving a point is what I am all about.
I have beautiful spiritual gifts...
I am a Spiritual Healer. This is a gift I have always held since I was but a little girl. I am able to read energies better than I can speak the English language in all honesty. While I cannot predict exactly how my life will go due to the ever-changing paths of life, I am still able to gain insight on how to navigate the paths little by little so I do not lose footing whenever I "upgrade".
This is not a duty I take lightly. I truly love my abilities, but it wasn't always this way. Out of fear of being shunned by family and friends, I kept my abilities to myself and did shut them off for a little while leading up to and after my trauma.
I am forever evolving and I am grateful for it every single day.
I Love Stargazing
Nothing soothes me like sitting outside on a clear night and watching the stars. I love the way they appear and shimmer brightly with a hypnotizing light. I've learned how to read the stars and can point out constellations without much effort.
Thus far, I have been able to step outside at any given moment during the night and identify any changes that takes place in the constellations from Ophiuchus dipping and turning his head, Saturn chasing Jupiter then ending up on it's side (okay that part I made up), and even Scorpius turning completely on its side. Studying this information above for myself helps me to see beyond any false stories projected onto the masses for hysteria and better predict an optimum time for certain spellwork and use of specific divination tools.
Outside of that, I've learned just how everything above is reflected below... just from watching the beauty over my head.
I have a huge heart for art...
Nothing gets my creativity flowing like indulging in beautiful artwork created by others. By artwork I literally mean anything that drives beauty and a deeper meaning to life than what can be seen upon the surface. Words can carry a thousand meanings, yet a picture is worth a thousand words... and therein is where true beauty lies.
For example, when I stare at the photo with this blurb, I see growth, learning to master your own destiny and discovering that everything is but a fractal of something much bigger. The cyclical flow of life. The smaller retains the copy of the original, yet becomes a joyful remix with its own personality. The awesome thing about what I see is I'm not wrong.
